The Villages of Jonathan’s Landing: Part 2

Greens Cay

With amazing golf course views bordering the 12th and 13th fairways, the single family luxury homes in Greens Cay were designed with classic stone fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. Floor plans range from 1,554 square feet to 2,467 square feet and allow perfect views for keeping an eye on the course 12 months of the year.

The Harbour

The Harbour is a community designed for privacy. With only 11 luxury home sites overlooking a no-wake, deepwater channel, residents can enjoy a fantastic waterfront view. With a private dock outback of each luxury home, Harbour allows homeowners or renters navigable access to some of Jupiter’s most picturesque waterfront destinations. Like most of Jonathan’s Landing, the golf course is never far away however.

Hidden Cove

Hidden Cove sits nestled comfortably between a freshwater canal and the 18th fairway of one of Jonathan’s Landings golf courses. The single family luxury homes in Hidden Cove all include atriams, clerestory windows and even volume ceilings. With it’s unique Mediterranean architecture style, Hidden Cove is not to be missed on your tour through Jonathan’s Landing.

Jonathan’s Island

With only 17 custom-built homes, Jonathan’s Island is a luxury neighborhood the seeks to define south Florida living. The Narrows

Situated on the clear blue waterfront of northern Palm Beach County, The Narrows has 27 Mediterrian style homes for sale and rent in Jonathan’s Landing. Passage Island

Passage Island is a neighborhood comprised of two separate islands, each offering unrestricted access to the intracoastal waterway and ocean. Each of the 21 homes in Passage Island features a private boat dock, swimming pool and a host of luxury finishes sure to impress any visitor. Passage Island is one of premier neighborhoods in Jonathan’s Landing with some homes sizes measuring up to 3,468 square feet.

Port Dickinson

Port Dickinson is a collection of attached courtyard homes bordering either the inracoastal waterway or Jonathan’s Landing’s Fazio course. Each unit includes a private pool surrounded by a 3-, 4-, or 5-bedroom floorplan, ensuring maximum privacy and loads of extra space. Homes in Port Dickinson range form 2,000 to 3,000 feet depending on the number of rooms and individual floor plan.
