Instead of giving each neighborhood a cursory glance I’ve decided to break it up into separate blogs and dig a little deeper into the what makes each neighborhood special.

The Anchorage
Surrounded on three sides by a Tom Fazio designed championship golf course, The Anchorage is one of of the premier communities in Jonathan’s Landing. The two, five-floor buildings that make up the community offer great views of serene Dog’s Head Bay to the east, making the units in Anchorage a highly desired commodity. For boaters out there, you can lease slips adjacent to the neighborhood through The Anchorage Homeowners Association, meaning you’re never far away from the Jupiter Inlet or anywhere along South Florida’s Intracoastal waterway.
Barrow Island
A neighborhood for the those who take their waterfront living seriously, Barrow Island includes 21 luxury homes with private boat docks. Each dock lies on navigable saltwater in a no wake zone.
