Since 1996, Specialty Services Associates, Inc. has served Jupiter Florida residents with property management, housekeeping, handyman repairs and renovations. The company’s founder, Linda Meckly, spent 15 years with Alcoa, the developer of Jonathan’s Landing, where she was involved in many assets of the neighborhoods initial development. She served as the liaison between the customer, builder and architect for multiple projects in the gated community, ensuring she is an expert in the design, construction and maintenance of some of Jupiter’s finest residential homes.
Linda has maintained relationships with many of the same contractors and subcontractors that initially built the community, while adding a plethora of licensed and insured contractors to the Specialty Services Associates roster. With decades of experience dating back to the blueprints of one of Palm Beach County’s finest gated golf communities, Specialty Services Associates can proudly boast a premium reputation in the Jupiter, Florida area.
Serving on Jonathan’s Landing Design Control Board for over a decade, Linda has the experience and thorough understanding of premium residential communities that has allowed her to build a reputation as one of the best in South Florida’s property management industry.
