
Key West Village is a small community built off the Intracoastal waterway in Tequesta, Florida that offers 11 Key West-style waterfront homes for sale and another 13 interior homesteads. The neighborhood borders the Intracoastal waterway to the East and homes have that Key West-style with metal roofs, plantation shutters, large decks and porches and lots of outdoor entertaining area. The beautiful homes of Key West Village were generally built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, but some of them are brand new. Because of the dense mangroves in the area, only a few on the homes have private boat docks but there is a community observation tower and place to launch your paddle board or kayak. There are no fixed bridges between Key West Village and the Jupiter Inlet.
