The Colony at Maplewood is a real estate neighborhood of 33 lovely Key West-style single-family homes for sale located just East of Maple Isle off Toney Penna Drive in Jupiter, Florida. The homes on the West side of the community back up to Jones Creek which leads out to the Southwest Fork of the Loxahatchee River and some of the homes have private boat docks in the backyard. But there are several low, fixed bridges, including one at Indiantown Road, with limited clearance and there are spots where the water is very shallow so larger boat owners will have a problem in the area.
