Olympus is a beach-side community of single family homes located between A1A and US-1 just West of the Jupiter Ocean Grande condominium complex and Jupiter Key in Jupiter, Florida. Olympus was built in the early to mid 80s with floor plans in the neighborhood of four bedroom three bath and 2,500 s.f., which at the time seemed very large. However, the neighborhood has seen an increase in investors buying the homes and tearing them down to build bigger, more luxurious homes on the beach-side lots. The newer homes in Olympus generally have floor plans of four bedroom three and a half bath with just over 3,200 s.f. to five bedroom five and half bath models with over 4,200 s.f. of living space.
Even the original homes in Olympus have undergone extensive renovations to include impact windows and doors, metal roofs, upgraded kitchens and baths and all the modern conveniences and amenities. Homes either have lake or gardens views, but they’re all within walking distance to the beach. Jupiter Beach is dog-friendly in all non-guarded areas along A1A.
