I’ll break down some of the major neighborhoods in the area:
Abacoa – Abacoa is a pre-planned community with 2,055 acres of development on the south side of town. It was originally conceived as community where residents can live, work, play, and socialize in one place without leaving their neighborhood.
Cypress Cove – A small community of 79 homes, Cypress Cove is located in an “A” rated Jupiter school district. Many of the homes start in the mid 400’s in this tight knit community. The neighborhood consists of CBS constructed single family homes.
Egret Landing – Egret Landing is a neighborhood of single family homes ranging from three- to six-bedrooms. The community features a pool as well as tennis courts and a basketball court. The kid-friendly neighborhood is extremely private and centrally located in the Jupiter, Florida area.
Jupiter Farms – West of town, Jupiter Farms is a 16 square mile community with homes ranging from $120,000 to over $6,000,000. The homes of Jupiter Farms are situated on large lots ranging from 1 to 6 acres. This ensures privacy and native landscaping unique to the Jupiter area.
Maplewood – Maplewood consists of Stonebriar, The Hamptons and The Colony, all built by Burg & Divosta, The neighborhoods are relatively small ranging at about 100 homes per community. Some offer a community pool while all offer family friendly single-family homes.
The Bluffs – Just blocks from the beach, The Bluffs offers single-family homes, town homes, and condominiums on the south side of Jupiter. The neighborhood features swimming pools, basketball courts, racquetball, fishing lakes, jogging trails and Intracoastal views.
Whispering Trails – In the heart of Jupiter, Whispering Trails offers residents ranch style single family homes with fenced in yards and pools. Lots are typically half an acre in size and many are lushly landscaped with south Florida fauna.
