Gomez Avenue in Hobe Sound, Florida. Treasure Cove is another Hobe Sound, Florida waterfront neighborhood that has seen an increase in investors buying the homes and tearing them down to build bigger, more luxurious homes on the lots. You might see a brand new opulent mansion for sale right next door to a home built in the early 70s to mid 80s. And there are currently larger homes under construction here.
The homes in Treasure Cove come in an array of floor-plans that run between six bedroom five and half bath models with 6,150 s.f. of opulent living space built in 1995 on the Intracoastal to three bedroom three bath models with over 1,900 s.f. built in 1972. The majority of homes in the community have private swimming pools and many of the older homes have undergone extensive remodeling projects to upgrade the kitchens and bathrooms, replace the roofing, upgrade the flooring and much more.
There are no fixed bridges between Treasure Cove and either St. Lucie Inlet or Jupiter Inlet making this a boating haven.
Jimmy Graham Park is just up the street where you can launch your boat from a trailer. Hobe Sound beach is on the East side of S.E. Bridge Road, just a short drive away.
